Frequently Asked Questions
-
We believe in upfront honesty with zero "gotcha" fees. Your quote includes the inflatable rental, professional delivery, secure setup, and a safety briefing from our team., pickup, cleaning, and rescheduling/damage insurance (if chosen). There are no hidden surcharges at checkout.
-
Our standard rental period is 10 hours on the day of your party. This usually provides plenty of time for your party or event.
-
While we prefer a grassy area, we can set up on most surfaces.
Grass is ideal, as we secure the unit using long stakes.
For hard surfaces like concrete or asphalt, we must use heavy sandbags to anchor the unit.
We cannot set up on surfaces with sharp gravel or rocks, as this can damage the inflatable. Please specify your surface type when booking so we can bring the proper anchoring equipment!
-
Your safety is our top priority. We monitor the weather closely.
If there is a high chance of heavy rain or high winds (above 15 mph), we reserve the right to cancel the booking. In this case, you will not be responsible for the rest of the payment after the deposit if the cancellation is made before we have delivered the unit.
Once the unit is set up, no refunds will be given due to weather. If light rain begins during your event, please have everyone exit the unit and turn off the blower until the rain stops.
-
While our standard rentals are "drop-off" style with full safety instructions, we do offer professional attendants for an additional hourly fee if you'd like an extra set of eyes on the fun - currently only available on weekends.
-
Absolutely. BCS Happy Hoppers is fully insured and our team holds Inflatable Safety Certifications. We follow strict professional anchoring protocols to ensure every setup is rock-solid and safe.
-
Yes, a little preparation helps! Please ensure the setup area is:
Clear: Remove all rocks, sticks, toys, and pet waste from the area.
Accessible: Ensure there is a clear path for our crew to wheel the bounce house to the setup spot.
Powered: Have a standard 120V electrical outlet available within [e.g., 50-100 feet] of the setup area. (We provide the extension cord, but the closer the better!), as well as a hose if renting a water-based unit.
